Michael “Mike” Klonoski joined the MJ team as an associate analyst within our Benefits Consulting department. In his role, Mike plays a pivotal role in supporting the benefits analytics team and providing exceptional service to our clients. Leveraging MJ’s proprietary analytics platform, APERTURE®, Mike transforms raw data into actionable strategies aligned with each client’s unique goals, using insights and trends to deliver tailored solutions.
Prior to his role, Mike’s passion for analytics began at Creighton University’s Heider College of Business where he graduated cum laude with a degree in Business Administration. During his studies, he gained hands-on experience as an analyst intern in the culinary industry, conducting daily budget analyses and identifying opportunities for improvement. His strong proficiency with spreadsheets, adaptability across industries, and ability to leverage automation for greater efficiency make him a valuable asset to MJ.
