Tiana Hooper joined the MJ team as a client manager in our Benefits Consulting department. In this role, Tiana supports the day-to-day operations of existing employee benefits clientele and works closely with the analytics, wellness, compliance, communication, and advocacy teams to execute client healthcare and benefits strategies.
With over a decade of experience in customer support–related roles, Tiana brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her team. In her previous role as a health and benefits lead associate, she partnered with multiple client service teams to deliver strategic guidance aligned with organizational goals. Her proactive response to day-to-day client inquiries with her detail-oriented approach makes her an excellent addition to the MJ team.
