Erik Fromm joined the MJ team as an employee benefits consultant in our Benefits Consulting department. In his role, Erik works with clients to connect their organizational goals to their employee benefits programs. He proactively drives sales and services to new and existing clients by understanding their unique business needs, identifying potential solutions, and developing innovative healthcare and benefit strategies.
Prior to MJ, Erik gained a decade of experience in the medical sales industry where he assisted surgeons and their operative staff ensure safe and efficient operative rooms. His passion lies in making a difference in everyday life by helping and assisting clients find the best ways to protect themselves and their employees. In this role, he learned the critical importance of listening and understanding the needs of his clients before recommending a solution. His commitment to delivering the best benefit program, not just a one-size-fits-all solution, for our clients makes him an invaluable asset to the MJ team.
