Eamon Osborne joined the MJ team as a senior data governance + quality lead in our Enterprise Data department. He brings over a decade of experience and plays a key role in ensuring data quality is governed by rules, thresholds, and SLAs aligned with best practices and regulatory requirements. Eamon defines data standards, monitors data health, and maintains accountability through direct and coordinated efforts to keep systems and documentation accurate.
Prior to joining the team, Eamon gained experience as a RPA engineering team manager for an IT consulting firm. In this role, he reviewed automation workflows and SQL queries to ensure engineering and data standards were consistently met across teams. He led a team of six software engineers, analysts, and specialists, ensuring that operations ran smoothly. His technical expertise and collaborative mindset make him an invaluable addition to MJ.
