Laney Schueller joined the MJ team as a client manager in our Benefits Consulting department. In this role, Laney supports the day-to-day operations of existing employee benefits clientele and works closely with the analytics, wellness, compliance, communication, and advocacy teams to execute client healthcare and benefits strategies. Laney thinks outside the box to provide the most innovative solutions available.
Laney brings foundational experience from her time as a health & benefits analyst at one of the world’s largest brokers, supporting clients through detailed research, proactive coordination, and a strong focus on the client experience. Her familiarity with benefits trends and her understanding of the importance of bringing top notch service to her clients makes her instrumental to MJ’s success.
