Dale Stamper joined the MJ team in 2006 as a marketing coordinator in our Benefits Consulting department. Over the years, she has taken on the role of senior client manager and now leads a team that provides comprehensive benefits, health and wellness, and compliance services to our clients.
Dale is responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of our employee benefits clientele, as well as overseeing the marketing and renewal process for new and existing accounts. She and her team work to maximize employee benefits by effectively evaluating, analyzing, planning, and managing benefits strategies for organizations.
