Leading business and financial services firm underscores commitment to growing healthcare  practice with strategic senior hire, based in Nashville office 

NASHVILLE (September 8, 2026) – The MJ Companies (MJ), a leading business and financial services consulting firm for more than 60 years, has added experienced insurance executive Josh Britton to its Nashville office. As Director of National Healthcare Practice, Britton will help expand and elevate MJ’s specialized expertise serving healthcare organizations, further strengthening the firm’s risk management + commercial insurance capabilities nationwide. 

With support from the Nashville team, Britton will Britton will lead the continued expansion of MJ’s national healthcare practice, helping healthcare organizations navigate complex risk management, insurance, and risk financing challenges through MJ’s consultative, data-driven approach.

Britton comes to MJ with more than a decade of experience advising healthcare organizations on complex property & casualty risk management and insurance strategies, developing client-focused risk financing solutions, alternative risk programs, and innovative insurance placement strategies. He has worked closely with hundreds of hospitals, health systems, physician groups, behavioral health organizations, social service organizations, and other healthcare providers nationwide.
