NASHVILLE (April 22, 2026) – The MJ Companies (MJ), a leading business and financial services consulting firm for more than 60 years, has added Angela Talbot to its Nashville office as Associate Director of Client Experience. Isbelle Wells also joins the Nashville office as Benefits Client Manager. 

As Associate Director of Client Experience, Talbot will work closely with MJ’s employee benefits clients, driving strategy and leading the client experience in Tennessee for firms of all sizes. She comes to MJ with more than 20 years of experience at leading insurance companies, managing group employee benefits for large client groups (300-30,000 members). Trusted as an advisor to brokers, consultants, and C-suite stakeholders, she has deep expertise across fully insured, self-insured, pharmacy, wellness, and digital health ecosystems.  

Wells, who joins the firm as Client Manager for the benefits consulting team, has more than a decade of experience in benefits management at major national and global firms. Experienced in plan design and practical cost-management strategies, she specializes in connecting clients with tailored, right-sized benefits solutions.

Talbot and Wells represent key additions to MJ’s Nashville office, which opened almost a year ago, in May 2025, and which continues to expand its presence and influence in the Midsouth. Vice President for Business and Community Development Craig Reavis joined in June, and Moe Abdullahpour was hired to lead Business Development, Benefits+ and Risk Management in January. The Nashville group is located in Pinnacle Tower, in the centrally located and high-profile Nashville Yards development in Midtown Nashville.
