Jodi Cox serves as a client executive within MJ’s Benefits Consulting department. In her role, Jodi partners closely with clients to develop and execute benefit strategies that support their business goals and employee needs. She collaborates with MJ’s analytics, wellness, compliance, communication, and client advocacy teams to deliver tailored healthcare and benefits solutions while ensuring a seamless and exceptional client experience.

Prior to MJ, Jodi previously served as an account manager at a benefits administration technology company. In this role, Jodi built out and managed annual insurance renewals and plans. As the lead point of contact for over 300 group administrators, her passion for superior client service shined.
