Grace Cooper joined the MJ team as a client advocate in our Benefits Consulting department. In this role, she collaborates with client executives to ensure the smooth day-to-day execution of client benefit strategies. Her focus is on maintaining strong relationships with clients while supporting the Benefits Consulting team to deliver an outstanding client experience.
Prior to MJ, Grace gained valuable experience in the education industry as a science teacher. Through this role, she developed communication skills and learned how to simplify complex topics into digestible messages. Her ability to manage people, thrive in an ever-changing environment, and deliver clear communication makes her an invaluable asset to the team.
