Adam Falk assumed the role of population health + wellness manager within our Benefits Consulting department upon joining the MJ team. Working with the rest of the population health + wellness team, Adam builds and maintains strong relationships with clients we serve while supporting execution of population + health strategies and interventions.
Prior to MJ, Adam gained over a decade of experience in the insurance industry. His previous role as the vice president of wellbeing and employee experience consulting at a start-up company enabled him to design and execute scalable strategies that accelerated client growth and drove measurable results. His commitment to operational excellence allowed him to strategically manage key relationships across the business. Adam’s dedication to delivering a flawless client experience makes him an invaluable asset to the MJ team.
