Griffin Blackman joined the MJ team as a risk management intern, and following graduation, became a full-time associate in the Risk Management + Commercial Insurance department. In this role, Griffin works with our clients and carrier partners to develop and build strategic insurance program and risk management strategies. Griffin plays an essential role in implementing and executing on these plans while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Griffin realized his passion for developing effective risk management strategies when he interned with our Risk Management + Commercial Insurance department while pursuing his undergraduate degree at Butler University. Through this experience, Griffin worked with various departments, including analytics, risk services, risk transfer, sales, claims, and advocacy, gaining hands-on experience in analyzing, processing, and tracking insurance claims while ensuring compliance was met. His attention to detail and willingness to learn makes him an invaluable asset to the MJ team.
