Emiliano Quintanilla joined the MJ team as a BI developer in our Enterprise Data department. Emiliano works with Power BI and plays a role in building out reports and data visualization to aid the entire team. His work is instrumental in translating raw data into actionable insights. Emiliano’s data-driven mindset and ability to simplify data pipelines are critical to his role, where he transforms complex data sets into digestible formats for the analytics teams to effectively use with our clients.
Prior to joining MJ, Emiliano gained experience working as a client support intern at the intersection of the insurance and AI space, where he worked on projects that involved innovation in image analysis. He continues to innovate with his experiences, allowing the firm to best serve our clients needs based on the data he illustrates with various visualizations. Emiliano’s contributions, along with the support of of the entire Enterprise Data team, make him an invaluable asset to both MJ and our clients.
