Jack Brucato joined the MJ team as an employee benefits consultant in our Benefits Consulting department. In his role, Jack works with clients to connect their business goals and objectives to their employee benefits program. He proactively drives sales and services to new and existing clients by understanding their unique business needs, identifying potential solutions, and developing innovative healthcare and benefit strategies.
Prior to MJ, Jack gained experience as a risk management intern and as a sales intern at two of the largest brokerage firms in the world. Through these varied roles, he demonstrated a strong curiosity to learn and a drive for innovation for the field, ultimately earning his place as an invaluable member of the MJ team. His commitment to learning and dedication to clients have guided him in delivering tailored benefit programs that meet each client’s unique needs—all while building exceptional relationships and experiences.
