Viridiana Schoenfeld joined the MJ team as an employee benefits consultant within our Benefits Consulting department. In this role, Viridiana partners with clients to understand their business goals and develop benefits strategies that support both their people and their bottom line. She takes a close look at clients’ existing programs to identify opportunities for improvement, then recommends solutions that keep pace with evolving market trends, workforce needs, and compliance requirements. Drawing on her industry expertise and strategic perspective, Viridiana helps clients make informed decisions that enhance the value and effectiveness of their benefits programs.
Viridiana brings nearly a decade of experience in the employee benefits and insurance space to her role at MJ. Most recently, she worked in a strategic client experience role at a benefits technology company, sitting at the intersection of brokers and carriers to help large national broker firms implement new technology and scale their operations efficiently. Her background also includes client service and account management roles with an insurance carrier, where she built a strong foundation in benefits strategy, broker relationship management, and compliance. Before transitioning into the benefits industry, Viridiana began her career in the nonprofit sector, focusing on foster care and adoption services. That experience shaped her passion for helping people navigate complex challenges and access the support they need to thrive. Today, she brings that same people-first mindset to her work, combining technology expertise with hands-on client service to help organizations design meaningful benefits programs that empower employees and their families.
