Samuel Dziwlik recently joined the MJ team as a client manager in our Benefits Consulting department. In his role, Samuel serves as the primary point of contact for clients on billing, claims, and eligibility questions, working alongside client executives to keep every account running smoothly. He leads the renewal and marketing process from strategy through RFP analysis, manages open enrollment planning and implementation, and keeps client accounts on track for compliance across COBRA, ACA, and other regulatory requirements.
Samuel brings more than seven years of experience in the insurance brokerage industry, most recently managing a diverse portfolio of mid-market clients. Earlier in his career, he led more than 500 benefit plan implementations as a small group consultant and got his start creating client communications and open enrollment materials for a large book of clients. That range of experience, from strategy and carrier negotiations to hands-on client communication, means MJ’s clients get a client manager who understands their needs from every angle.
