Taylor Weitzer joined the MJ team as a communication specialist on our Communication + Engagement team within the Benefits Consulting department. In her role, Taylor partners with clients to turn complex benefits information into print and digital communications that are clear, engaging, and easy to act on. She leads copywriting, design coordination, and project management, particularly through the high-stakes open enrollment season. Taylor’s work helps employers spark stronger employee engagement with their benefits programs and drive measurable improvements in health, wellness, and overall benefits utilization.
Prior to MJ, Taylor spent nearly a decade building her communications expertise across nonprofit and sports organizations. She served as marketing and brand director for a national fraternal organization, where she led content strategy, managed a team of marketing professionals, and served as editor-in-chief of the group’s quarterly magazine. Earlier in her career, she handled marketing and digital media for a regional tennis governing body, producing digital campaigns and video stories at events ranging from local tournaments to the professional circuit. That blend of editorial discipline and visual storytelling shapes how Taylor approaches client communications at MJ, creating work that lands on time, reads cleanly, and moves people to act.
