Ruby Loeza joined the MJ team as a member service coordinator in our Benefits Consulting department. In this role, she supports the day-to-day operations for our employee benefits clients, working closely with the Benefits Consulting team to ensure efficient service and strong client relationships. Ruby assists clients with a range of services, including claims advocacy, benefit inquiries, balance bill assistance and negotiation, eligibility questions, and member ID card replacements. Her proficiency in Spanish further enhances her ability to serve our clientele.
Prior to MJ, Ruby gained valuable experience in the financial services industry. Through these roles, she realized her passion for providing exceptional client experience. Ruby works every day to ensure client concerns are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Her attention to detail and problem solving mindset make her a valuable asset to the MJ team.
