Dylan Cozad joined the MJ team as director of analytics in our Risk Management + Commercial Insurance department. Dylan leads the data integration and standardization efforts for a wide range of datasets, as well as the creation and delivery of insightful reports for MJ’s Risk Management and Commercial Insurance clients, utilizing MJ’s proprietary analytics platform, APERTURE®.
Prior to MJ, Dylan gained professional experience for nearly a decade in the insurance industry. Dylan leads the analytics team in developing best practices for managing and analyzing loss, exposure, and policy data. Their work provides a comprehensive view of historical trends, forecasts future developments, and recommends solutions tailored to meet the risk management needs of MJ’s clients. Dylan’s data-driven mindset and forward thinking approach make him an invaluable asset to both MJ and our clients.
