Regan Sprunger joined the MJ team as a claims consultant within our Risk Management + Commercial Insurance department. In this role, Regan works closely with a team of industry experts, serving as the primary point of contact for all claim-related matters. In addition to providing day-to-day client support, she and her team analyze, report on, and review claims, offering recommendations aimed at minimizing future losses.
Before joining MJ, Regan gained valuable experience as a claims representative at a local insurance provider, where she focused on large-loss bodily injury and property claims. This hands-on experience has equipped her with the expertise needed to excel in her current role. With her strong background and passion for client experience, Regan is well-positioned to advocate for our clients, effectively managing claims and negotiating the best possible outcomes.
