Kyle Kniepman joined the MJ team as an employee benefits consultant in our Benefits Consulting department. In his role, Kyle proactively drives sales and services to new and existing clients by understanding their unique business needs, identifying potential solutions, and developing innovative healthcare and benefit strategies.
Kyle previously served as a business development executive specializing in the large market segment of 300+ at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona. In this capacity, Kyle’s responsibilities encompassed identifying potential healthcare business customers, as well as expanding and diversifying Blue Cross Blue Shield’s clientele. By leveraging his specialized industry experience, Kyle brings a wealth of knowledge to our clients, designing customized and effective strategies that work for each unique client need.
