Kristen Conard joined the MJ team in 2014 as an account coordinator in our Risk Management + Commercial Insurance department. Kristen quickly transitioned to serving as a client advocate in our Manufacturing practice group, and has since moved into our Analytics practice as a data analyst.
In her role, Kristen produces, supports, and maintains a collection of analytics reports for key clients in partnership with the client service team. Kristen develops functional reports for clients and her team, and builds data maps to translate raw data into information. Kristen also writes data queries, interprets results, and works to display her findings in an easily digestible format using MJ’s proprietary analytics tool, APERTURE®.
