Kasen Seeley joined the MJ Insurance team in 2011 as a health risk management analyst in our Benefits Consulting department and later transitioned to the role of senior analyst. In recognition of her dedication and expertise, Kasen has since been promoted to manager, analytics, a role where she thrives today. In this role, Kasen uses data to assist MJ’s clientele in making forward-thinking decisions related to their employee benefits strategies. Providing insightful analysis, she and her team uncover cost drivers and underlying utilization trends impacting clients’ health plans as well as forecast future risk to help identify opportunities for savings.
Prior to MJ, Kasen began her insurance career as an analyst at Emerging Benefit Consultants where she analyzed reports for plan improvements and opportunities to decrease employer costs. Through her experience, Kasen has diverse expertise within the healthcare marketplace.
