Monica Shelton joined the MJ team in 1998 as a marketing coordinator in our Benefits Consulting department. With nearly 30 years of industry experience, she quickly moved up to senior client manager and has since been promoted to a training lead position. In her current capacity, Monica manages the day-to-day requirements of MJ’s expanding employee benefits clientele, delivering exceptional service. She oversees the marketing and renewal processes for both new and existing clients, providing analysis and reporting in collaboration with our analytics team.
Prior to MJ, Monica held a position as an administrative assistant at Golden Rule Insurance. Leveraging her extensive industry background, Monica applies her expertise in client reporting, communication, and marketing to her current role at MJ. Through her comprehensive approach to evaluating, analyzing, planning, and managing employee benefits programs and strategies for her clients, Monica has become an invaluable member of the MJ team.
