Kailyn Mitchell joined the MJ team as a client advocate in our Benefits Consulting department. In her role, Kailyn works closely with clients and consultants to support the day-to-day execution of employee benefits strategies, ensuring that clients receive a seamless and attentive experience. Her work sits at the intersection of service and strategy; keeping communications clear, processes on track, and clients feeling well taken care of.
Before joining MJ, Kailyn built a strong foundation in client service and community outreach through her work at a regional nonprofit blood center, where she contributed to donor engagement initiatives, coordinated cross-departmental projects, and helped develop programs designed to drive meaningful participation. She also served as president of a campus nonprofit focused on bone marrow donor recruitment, leading fundraising events and building partnerships across the university community. That combination of operational awareness and people-first thinking is what she brings to her clients at MJ.
