Jackson Berger joined the MJ team as a client advocate in our Benefits Consulting department and was promptly promoted to associate client manager. In this role, Jackson collaborates with MJ clients to inform benefit strategies and provides support in the management and execution of the plan. Additionally, he works with the analytics, wellness, compliance, communication, and client advocacy teams to execute client healthcare and benefits strategies and ensure a seamless client experience.
Before joining MJ, Jackson gained valuable experience in the insurance industry, holding a position as a client services specialist and agency development manager. Through these roles, he developed his customer service expertise, learned how to communicate complex policy renewal terms, and actively developed strong customer relationships. His dedication to providing accurate insight into the industry, while consistently delivering exceptional client experiences, is what makes him a valuable asset to the MJ team.
