Jackson Berger joined the MJ team as a client advocate in our Benefits Consulting department. In this role, he collaborates with client executives to ensure smooth day-to-day execution of client benefit strategies. His focus is on maintaining strong relationships with clients while supporting the Benefits Consulting team to deliver outstanding client experience.
Before joining MJ, Jackson gained valuable experience in the insurance industry, holding a position as a client services specialist and agency development manager. Through these roles, he developed his customer service expertise, learned how to communicate complex policy renewal terms, and actively developed strong customer relationships. His dedication to providing accurate insight into the industry, while consistently delivering exceptional client experiences, is what makes him a valuable asset to the MJ team.
