Leading business and financial services firm expands employee benefits consulting capabilities with strategic hire in Phoenix office 

PHOENIX (Sept. 14, 2026) – The MJ Companies (MJ), a leading business and financial services consulting firm for more than 60 years, has added accomplished benefits and relationship management professional Viridiana Schoenfeld to its Phoenix office as Employee Benefits Consultant.  

In this role, Schoenfeld will partner with employers across Arizona and the region to help them navigate complex employee benefits challenges and achieve their business objectives. By combining strategic consulting with deep industry expertise, she will work closely with clients to identify opportunities, address evolving workforce needs, and develop tailored solutions that support long-term organizational success. 

Schoenfeld joins MJ at a time of continued growth in the Arizona market, further strengthening the firm’s employee benefits consulting capabilities for employers across the region.

Prior to joining MJ, Schoenfeld held roles spanning employee benefits, healthcare, and insurance, building expertise in strategic partnerships, business development, and client consulting. Most recently, she served as Strategic Accounts Executive at ThreeFlow, where she collaborated with broker partners to support growth and deliver strategic solutions for clients. 

Schoenfeld earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism & Mass Communication from Arizona State University and is bilingual in Spanish.
