Haylie Pavlik joined the MJ team in 2018 as part time risk support within our Risk Management + Commvercial Insurance department. In her role, Haylie is responsible for managing the day-to-day communication and service needs for our clients in the transportation industry. Her exceptional communication skills and dedication to providing the highest level of client service make her an invaluable asset to our team.
Prior to joining MJ, Haylie was a second and third grade elementary teacher at Indianapolis Public Schools. Her experience in teaching has helped her to develop a unique set of skills that she now utilizes in her work with our clients. Haylie finds the constant change and new challenges of her work to be incredibly rewarding and enjoys the satisfaction of finding solutions to complex problems. Haylie’s passion for her work and dedication to client satisfaction make her a standout member of the MJ team.
