Emily Pera joined the MJ team as an assistant account manager in our Benefits Consulting department and was quickly promoted to account manager. In 2022, she was further promoted to the position of client executive. In her role, Emily collaborates with various teams, including analytics, wellness, compliance, communication, and client advocacy, to execute client healthcare and benefit strategies.
Emily has a range of responsibilities, including reviewing plan design summaries, helping with renewal service contracts and execution, collaborating with account managers to implement carrier and vendor changes or add new lines of coverage, and preparing and distributing requests for proposals for all lines of group insurance coverage. Additionally, Emily is responsible for establishing and maintaining productive relationships with carriers, TPAs, and vendor personnel.
