DeVonia Monroe joined the MJ team as a senior analyst in our Benefits Consulting department. In this role, DeVonia collaborates closely with our valued clients to understand their strategic goals and provide them with actionable insights from our proprietary analytics platform, APERTURE®.
Before joining MJ, DeVonia worked as a benefits advisor, where she helped employers design, manage, and communicate employee benefit programs to attract talent and control costs. She also has extensive experience managing data-related tasks, IT operations, and coordinating stakeholder meetings with third-party vendors to address technical issues, and ensure smooth project execution. This combination of unique expertise makes her an invaluable member of the MJ team.
