In her current role, she helps lead the client experience team, guiding the development and execution of clients’ benefit plan strategies while ensuring seamless collaboration and support from her team.
With over 20 years of experience in competitive group benefits, Angela has worked on client retention and product adoption for employer groups with 100-30,000 members. She leads with a strategic approach to business renewal activities, including detailed reporting review to ensure delivery of insightful recommendations that are in alignment with client goals and industry trends. Angela enjoys empowering clients through education and collaboration, making her an invaluable asset to both the MJ team and our clients.
