Celeste Zarate joined the MJ team as a client advocate in our Benefits Consulting department and has since transitioned to a client manager. In this role, she works in collaboration with the client executive team to ensure the day-to-day execution of our client’s benefit strategies. Celeste plays an integral part in plan design and maintenance, working with client executives, vendors, and partners to facilitate change, renewals, and additional lines of coverage. Her exceptional communication skills and attention to detail contribute to the seamless delivery of our services.
Prior to MJ, Celeste gained clientele experience as a provider data analyst and intake care specialist, where she interacted directly with clients. Through these roles, Celeste was able to develop a deep understanding of client needs and the importance of effective communication. Her unwavering commitment to customer success and her drive for personal growth make her an invaluable asset to the team.
