Britni embarked on her journey with The MJ Companies in 2008 as a commercial account coordinator in MJ’s Risk Management + Commercial Insurance department. Swiftly climbing the ranks through her exceptional performance and visionary leadership, with each passing year, she assumed increasing responsibilities. Her strategic acumen, combined with her deep understanding of the insurance and financial services industry, has been instrumental in driving MJ’s marketing initiatives to new heights.
