Autumn Hawkins joined the MJ team as a client services coordinator in our Benefits Consulting department. In her role, Autumn supports the day-to-day coordination and operational needs of the benefits consulting team, serving as a reliable point of contact for clients and internal team members alike. Her ability to keep complex workflows organized and moving, without letting anything slip through the cracks, makes her an essential part of delivering the seamless client experience MJ is known for.
Prior to joining MJ, Autumn built a strong foundation in human resources and operations, most recently serving as an HR coordinator at a professional services organization where she managed HR functions for a large employee
population. There, she streamlined onboarding processes, developed and implemented new policies, co-led a payroll system migration, and partnered with leadership on training and compliance initiatives. Her knack for identifying process gaps and finding smarter ways to work translates directly into the coordinated, detail-driven support she brings to MJ’s clients every day.
