Alina Junkermeier joined the MJ team as an associate client executive in the Benefits Consulting department and was quickly promoted to a client executive. In her role, Alina collaborates with MJ clients to inform benefit strategies and provides support in the management and execution of the plan. Additionally, Alina plays a vital role in building and nurturing strong relationships with third-party administrators (TPA), carriers, and vendor partners, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional client service.
Prior to MJ, Alina worked as a senior associate specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Her knowledge lies in aligning strategy with business objectives, managing relationships and plan harmonization across various funding types. She values the unique fingerprint of each client she works with and is dedicated to finding the best solutions tailored to their specific needs.
