Natalie Mitchell joined the MJ team as a client advocate in our Benefits Consulting department and quickly worked her way up to an associate client manager. In her role, Natalie plays a crucial part in designing and maintaining plans. She collaborates with client executives, vendors, and partners to manage changes, renewals, and new coverage options. Natalie also works closely with the analytics, wellness, compliance, communication, and advocacy teams to develop and implement comprehensive healthcare and benefits strategies for our clients.
Prior to MJ, Natalie realized her passion for working with and helping clients through a variety of roles. With a background in communications, Natalie uses her strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients to find innovative, forward-thinking solutions. Natalie’s attention to detail and ability to develop deep relationships makes her an invaluable member of our team.
