Jaymi Harper joined the MJ team as an account manager in our Benefits Consulting department. In her role, Jaymi works closely with the account services team and client executives to ensure the accuracy of policy details for client benefit plans. She is responsible for preparing custom client materials, cost analysis and summaries, and managing the marketing and renewal process for new and existing clientele. Jaymi’s dedication and attention to detail contribute to the seamless execution of our client’s benefit plans.
Prior to joining MJ, Jaymi functioned in several HR roles where she worked to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that led to strategic growth for the organization. Jaymi has led HRIS implementations, managed vendor relationships, and implemented new HR policies. With her prior experience, Jaymi brings a unique, strategic mindset to the team, making her an invaluable asset to both MJ and our clients.
