Ashley Higginbotham joined the MJ team as a client manager in our Benefits Consulting department. In her role, Ashley guides clients through the full lifecycle of their benefits programs, from onboarding and implementation through renewals and terminations. She serves as the day-to-day point of contact for clients and vendors, resolving billing, claims and eligibility issues
as they come up and keeping plan documents and compliance materials in order. Ashley also leads the renewal and marketing process for her clients, preparing RFP packets and reviewing proposals to help deliver the best possible outcomes.
Prior to joining MJ, Ashley worked as an Employee Benefits Account Manager at a national insurance brokerage, where she served as the primary service contact for a book of local and national clients, led renewal and open enrollment processes, and partnered with carriers and internal teams to resolve escalated service issues. Earlier in her career, she built a foundation
in insurance and client service verifying patient benefits and coordinating treatment plans within a dental practice, eventually stepping into office management. That combination of technical insurance knowledge and hands-on client service gives Ashley a steady, detail-oriented approach that MJ’s clients can rely on.
