In this role, Abby is committed to building lasting client relationships by delivering proactive, consultative guidance tailored to each organization’s unique goals and evolving workforce needs. She takes the time to understand each client’s priorities, helping them navigate employee benefits with confidence while identifying opportunities to enhance their programs over time.
Before stepping into this role, Abby got an early look at MJ firsthand as an advocacy intern, an experience that confirmed she wanted to build her career here. Drawing on experience in client-facing roles across multiple industries, Abby has developed a strong foundation in relationship management, problem-solving, and responsive service.
