Logan Brady joined the MJ team as a platform support analyst in our Enterprise Data department. In this role, Logan is in charge of proactively tracking and resolving missing data feeds and system failures to ensure uninterrupted operations. He also onboards new clients to APERTURE®, and serves as the primary contact for user support. He is dedicated to delivering white glove service while providing technical expertise.
Prior to MJ, Logan worked in a variety of roles that sharpened his skills with building and maintaining data entry systems. In his previous experience as a management analyst, Logan worked closely across teams to support customers in set-up, clean-up, and ongoing maintenance for their platforms. He acted as a primary contact for trouble-shooting, and provided weekly updates to keep everyone on track. His organization and technical knowledge makes Logan an asset to MJ.
