Erin Colbrese joined the MJ team as a client executive in our Benefits Consulting department. In her role, Erin is responsible for the communication, accountability, and execution of annual service plans. She also oversees claims and experience modification reviews, industry benchmarking, claims drill-downs, and alternative modeling. Additionally, Erin plays a vital role in building and nurturing strong relationships with third-party administrators (TPA), carriers, and vendor partners, ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional client service.
Before joining MJ, Erin worked as a senior health and benefits consultant at a global financial services and health consulting firm, where she honed her skills in developing robust group health and welfare plans that aligned with the objectives of the organization. Erin’s experience and outstanding contributions empower her team to achieve strategic goals and exceed client expectations.
