Caleb Whitmer joined the MJ team as a client executive in our Benefits Consulting department. In his role, Caleb is responsible for the communication, accountability, and execution of annual service plans. He also oversees claims and experience modification reviews, industry benchmarking, claims drill-downs, and alternative modeling. In addition, Caleb manages the coordination of carrier activities, audit support, plan analysis and evaluation, along with prescription program analysis and recommendations.
Caleb brings over a decade of experience to the team. Utilizing his industry experience to support his current role, Caleb serves as the internal “quarterback” to ensure all teams within the benefit department work seamlessly to execute personalized client strategies. His dedication to creating an exceptional client experience marked by clear communication at each stage makes him an invaluable addition to the MJ team.
