Before joining the MJ team, Colten worked as a regional financial sales manager for a manufacturing company. In this role, he leveraged his foundation in sales to facilitate business growth in the Midwest region. Colten is passionate about creating value, delivering results, and aligning his personal initiatives with broader business goals, making him an invaluable asset to the MJ team.
