Olivia Nash joined the MJ team as a platform support analyst and was quickly promoted to the role of BI developer in our Enterprise Data department. Olivia plays a key role in onboarding new clients in our proprietary software APERTURE® and supports the team in implementing enhancements and building out reports in Power BI that continually improve performance and expand performance functionality. APERTURE® is at the heart of our consulting model, and Olivia is dedicated to ensuring the tool functions effectively so our analytics teams can deliver accurate, data-driven insights to our clients.
Prior to joining MJ, Olivia gained experience working as a data intern in the healthcare space where she supported her team in updating customer and service member account data in SAP. She leveraged her effective cross-departmental communication skills to implement new innovative processes and actions across several data cleanup projects. Her attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy helps MJ stay at the forefront of the industry with our data-driven insights.
