Weston Guili joined the MJ team as a risk management associate and was quickly promoted to risk management consultant in the Risk Management + Commercial Insurance department. In his role, Weston partners closely with clients to understand their organizations and evolving risk profiles while leading new client development and long-term relationship management. He works with both large commercial organizations and growing businesses to design proactive, tailored risk management strategies. By evaluating financial, operational, and regulatory risks, Weston helps align client goals with informed decision-making, regulatory compliance, and sustained stability in an increasingly complex business environment.
Before joining the team, Weston worked as an intern at an investment firm specializing in retirement planning services. During his time there, he worked to assist his team with a variety of daily tasks to alleviate workload and increase client satisfaction. He observed appointments across a range of clientele to strengthen his understanding of how the wealth management team operated. Through this experience, Weston realized his passion for delivering an exceptional client experience, a passion he is now living out at MJ.
