Sam Osborn joined the MJ team as a client advocate in our Benefits Consulting department. In his role, Sam works with the MJ team to ensure that our clients have an exceptional experience. Sam provides day-to-day support to our clients, ensuring accuracy in policy information, preparing renewal information, and serving as an advocate on our clients’ behalf.
Prior to MJ, Sam grew his professional experience through a variety of roles, helping him realize his passion for delivering exceptional client service. From event coordination to increasing organizational engagement as a director of operations, Sam has a keen attention for detail and strategic mindset. These skills and unique background make Sam an invaluable member of our team.
