Kristen Hobbs joined the MJ team as an advocacy intern and then stepped into a full-time role as a client advocate. Through her hard work and commitment to providing exceptional client experience, Kristen quickly progressed to her current role as a client manager within our Benefits Consulting department. In her role, Kristen supports current clientele to provide innovative client healthcare and benefits strategies, while coordinating with vendors, and partners to manage changes, renewals, and new coverage options. Kristen works closely with various internal MJ teams to execute the best possible strategies.
Kristen’s journey with MJ began when she interned in our Benefits Consulting department while pursuing her studies at Indiana State University. During her time, Kristen realized her passion for working with and helping clients through a variety of roles. With a background in finance and customer service, Kristen uses her strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients to find innovative, forward-thinking solutions. Kristen’s attention to detail and ability to develop deep relationships makes her an invaluable member of our team.
