Kristen Hobbs joined the MJ team as an advocacy intern and has since stepped into a full-time role as a client advocate within our Benefits Consulting department. In her role, Kristen supports our account managers and client executives to deliver exceptional client experience. Kristen provides day-to-day support to our clients such as preparing renewal information and ensuring accuracy in policy details.
Kristen’s journey with MJ began when she interned in our Benefits Consulting department while pursuing her studies at Indiana State University. During her time, Kristen realized her passion for working with and helping clients through a variety of roles. With a background in finance and customer service, Kristen uses her strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients to find innovative, forward-thinking solutions. Kristen’s attention to detail and ability to develop deep relationships makes her an invaluable member of our team.
