Kendall Furlong assumed the role of communications coordinator within our Benefits Consulting department upon joining the MJ team. In her role, Kendall collaborates with the communication and engagement team to create custom client communication materials and graphics aimed at boosting employee participation, activation, and maximizing the use of their organization’s healthcare benefits.
Prior to MJ, Kendall spent time working in client service and managing corporate social media channels. Through this work, Kendall realized her passion for client experience and developing communications that generate engagement and drive results. Kendall’s ability to take a complex topic and make it easy to understand makes her an invaluable asset to both MJ and our clients.
