Monica Ceja assumed the role of communication consultant within our Benefits Consulting department upon joining the MJ team. In her role at MJ, Monica works collaboratively with our clients to develop and execute custom communication strategies around their employee benefit plans. Monica is responsible for working cross-functionally with other team members to develop multi-channel communications that drive action, awareness, and engagement in our client’s benefits programs.
Prior to joining MJ, Monica has spent more than a decade leading and strengthening her communication skills in her previous roles. Using her strategic mindset, Monica creates communications that are consistent, engaging, and easy to understand. Her passion for client experience and providing exceptional deliverables make her an invaluable asset to the MJ team and our clients.
