Monica Ceja joined the MJ team as a communication consultant within our Benefits Consulting department and was quickly promoted to the role of communications consultant, training lead. In her role at MJ, Monica works collaboratively with our clients to develop and execute custom communication strategies around their employee benefit plans. Monica is responsible for working cross-functionally with other team members to develop multi-channel communications that drive action, awareness, and engagement in our client’s benefits programs. Additionally, she leads training and development across Benefits+ around communication and engagement strategies and platforms.
Before joining MJ, Monica spent more than a decade leading communication efforts and brand strategy for large, national nonprofit organizations, including time at Indiana University. She thoroughly enjoys developing campaigns and year round communications from discovery through execution and assessment. Monica guides content strategy and creates on-brand deliverables that are consistent, engaging, easy to understand, and align with our clients’ strategic objectives making her an invaluable asset to the MJ team
